Your team

You will be working in the Group Compliance Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) India team.

Your expertise

We're looking for Compliance skills to :

• act as a subject-matter expert in compliance and operational risk control (C&ORC) in managing risk
• ensure a profound C&ORC framework is in place and kept up-to-date with policies and procedures as well as legal, regulatory and business standards
• deliver independent risk assessment and provide effective challenge to the 1st and 2nd line of defense in relation to consequential risks and the risk frameworks
• provide business management with training, frameworks, information and insights required to manage risk
• review of Operational risk issues. Check and challenge as per the Operational risk framework and timely completion
• co-ordination with senior management to ensure healthy control environment. Continuous review of the control environment to ensure it is fit-for-purpose, complete & accurate
