About The Job :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and optimize Oracle RDBMS environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Oracle databases, implementing security measures, and using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within Oracle environments to ensure proper access management and Administration :

• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle RDBMS environments (including Oracle 12c / 18c / 19c).
• Perform database tuning and optimization for high availability and performance.
• Regularly monitor and troubleshoot Oracle database issues, including backup and recovery.
• Ensure that databases are properly patched and up to & Access Management :
• Implement and enforce Oracle local group policies for user access.
• Design and configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within Oracle environments to ensure proper segmentation of duties and compliance with internal security policies.
• Regularly review and audit user access roles and privileges to maintain compliance with security standards.
• Monitor and manage database security controls, including encryption, user authentication, and & Support :
• Work closely with other IT teams to design, implement, and manage database access models for various applications and users.
• Provide support to development and application teams on issues related to database access, security, and performance.
• Assist in database migration and integration And Disaster Recovery :
• Design and implement backup strategies for Oracle databases.
• Perform regular disaster recovery drills to ensure business :
