6. Rejection dispatch to supplier

7. Perpetual inventory

8. Bin mapping No of documents dispatched with discrepancy

9. No of documents acknowledgement pending from supplier and internal customer

10. No of document GR pendency more than 7 days

11. Against the gate entry - Details to be verified - Physical Vs System. No of GR error

12. No of parts material issue control system implemented through - 311 acknowledgement

13. No of parts material issue control system implemented through - Pull list

14. No of documents pending for gate exit

15. No of manual documents pending more than 3 days

16. No of parts cycle count done for the month

17. No of parts pending for BIN mapping

18. Receipt Acknowledgment to the Supplier.
