About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced AI Research Engineer with a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work on developing innovative AI models and deploying them at scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a research-driven environment and enjoys turning ideas into real-world Responsibilities :
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing and Generative AI.
- Design, implement, and optimize deep learning models for language understanding and
generation.
Evaluate model performance and iterate on architectures using large-scale datasets.Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to integrate models intoproduction systems.
Stay current with academic literature and apply relevant advancements to internal projects.Document methodologies and contribute to publications or patents where Skills & Qualifications : B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields (preferably from a Tier 1 : Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in AI / ML research or Languages :Expert in PythonFamiliarity with C++ or Java is a & Libraries :PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAXHugging Face TransformersspaCy, NLTK, or similar NLP Learning & Deep Learning :Knowledge of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, pretraining / fine-tuningtechniques
