Job Description : Relationship Manager – Corporate Agri
Role Objective :
Acquire and manage corporate agri clients to drive asset growth, deliver banking solutions, and maintain portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire new corporate agri clients (agri-processing, input companies, commodity traders, warehousing, dairy, food processing).
- Manage and deepen relationships to increase revenue and cross-sell (working capital, term loans, trade finance, treasury, CASA, CMS).
- Conduct financial analysis, prepare credit proposals, and coordinate for sanction / renewal of limits.
- Monitor portfolio performance, ensure compliance, and manage early warning signals.
- Provide market intelligence on agri trends and commodity cycles.
Skills & Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of agri value chains, corporate lending, and credit assessment.Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.MBA / PGDM / CA or equivalent with 3–8 years of experience in corporate / agri banking.
