Job descriptionLead end-to-end accounting operations adhering to India GAAP and Singapore GAAP. Build and implement strong accounting processes and internal controls. Manage all tax compliances including GST, Income Tax, and statutory filings. Liaise with tax advisors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing. Oversee preparation of financial statements, MIS, and Board reports. Manage statutory, internal, and external audits. Work closely with auditors, consultants, and external partners. Provide financial insights and updates to management and key stakeholders. Drive finance automation and adoption of best-in-class tools for reporting, payroll, and Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6+ years of experience. Strong background in startups, online / D2C, or high-growth environments. Solid understanding of Indian taxation (GST, Income Tax, etc.). Preferably from a Big 4 or similar audit background. Proven experience in automation, systems implementation, and technology-driven finance. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
