Role Overview :

We are looking for a Insights Manager to join our India hub. This is a  hands-on role  where you’ll work on turning AI outputs into  business insights, presentations, and ROI cases  for Fortune 500 clients. You’ll collaborate with your Manager and the US Partner to build  executive-ready decks  and ensure insights are clear, simple, and actionable.

This role is perfect for someone from  analytics services firms  who enjoys  storytelling with data  and wants to grow into a more strategic, client-facing role.

What You’ll Do :

• Analyze causal AI outputs and convert them into  business insights and recommendations .
• Support in building  scenario models  (e.g., reallocating marketing budgets, pricing shifts, sales channel optimization).
• Create  PowerPoint presentations and Excel models  that are  CxO-ready .
• Work closely with the India Manager and US Partner to deliver  on-time, high-quality outputs .
• Learn to connect  analytics outputs to strategic business decisions .

What We’re Looking For :

• 2–5 years in analytics, insights, or consulting (CPG, Retail, Auto preferred).
• Strong skills in  PowerPoint storyboarding, Excel, and basic analytics interpretation .
• Exposure to  marketing mix, sales analytics, or pricing projects  a big plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to  simplify complex analytics into one-line insights .
• Comfortable working with  global teams across time zones .
