ServiceNow Developer (ITSM)
As a ServiceNow Developer focused on ITSM, you will work with product and technology teams to help develop multiple, high-priority enterprise initiatives that will make a significant impact in transforming the financial :
- Work with Business stakeholders, Project manager(s), engineering teams and technical support teams to design, develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM module.
- Work with ServiceNow ITSM modules; specifically, development and configuration of Service Catalogs.
- Implement Service Catalogs using workflows and / or flow designer as per the requirements.
- Analyze requirements and various possible approaches to implement the solution and guide client teams to choose the best implementation path.
- Work on UI policies, Client Scripts as per the requirements.
- Configure Access Controls to maintain the required security.
- Develop necessary documentation as needed e.g., technical design, developer notes.
- Manage communication and deliverables from all stakeholders for project initiatives.
- Communicate proactively with all stakeholders and decision :
- Have 4-5 years of progressive experience as a ServiceNow Developer in the Enterprise Technology space.
- Excellent knowledge of end - to end ITSM process.
- Excellent knowledge of Service Catalogs; with both Workflows and Flow Designer.
- Understanding of CSM, ITAM and other modules is preferred.
- Understanding of REST / SOAP based integrations.
- Excellent knowledge of Reports and dashboards.
- Excellent client / server-side scripting.
- Excellent creating portal pages / widgets.
- Excellent knowledge of Import set / transform map / data source.
- ServiceNow Certifications are highly Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable leading and coordinating client calls and meetings, preparing status reports, presentations etc.
- Personality to take the lead and ownership.
- Understanding of Agile methodology (i.e., Scrum) and knowledge of JIRA / ADO is a must.
- Have experience with Microsoft tools such as Teams, Office 365.
