Role : ServiceNow ITOM Architect

Location : Anywhere in India

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join our team! In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to align ITOM solutions with business needs and ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Configure and deploy MID Servers, Discovery probes, and patterns.
Collaborate with ITSM, CMDB, and other teams for seamless integrations.
Optimize ITOM processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide technical leadership and create documentation for solutions.

Qualifications :

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud).

Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python).

ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITOM, CSA) and ITIL knowledge are a plus.

Certifications Needed (Any) :

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Discovery

Validates expertise in implementing and configuring the Discovery module, including MID Servers, probes, and patterns.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Event Management

Demonstrates proficiency in deploying and integrating Event Management, including setting up alerts, monitoring tools, and automating incident creation.
