Must-Have
- Good competency in Configuring and customize on multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery & Governance Risk Compliance) of ServiceNow depending on the business Requirement.
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI Actions and Client Scripts to automate complex business processes.
- Experience on Catalog Development and Flow Designer creation.
- Must Possess hands on experience on integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
- Expertise on Incident Management - Incident Resolution and Escalation Process, SLA Management
- Problem Management - Root Cause Analysis Problem Resolution and Workarounds
- Change Management – Risk Assessment and Impact Analysis, Change Planning and Scheduling to Change Implementation expertise on the Change management Lifecycle.
- Strong Understanding on Knowledge Management.
- Must have a Hands-on experience with Java Script and ServiceNow Scripting Language
