Role : Affiliate & Partnerships

Base Location : Bangalore

About the Role :

We’re looking for a results-driven Affiliate & Partnerships to own and scale our affiliate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing affiliate campaigns—particularly with coupon / cashback partners—and the ability to build and grow new partnerships that drive performance across channels.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-end ownership of affiliate marketing campaigns across networks and direct partners

Manage and optimize performance with coupon, cashback, deal, and influencer partners

Identify, pitch, and onboard new affiliate and strategic partners

Track KPIs (ROI, AOV, conversion rate) and drive performance improvements

Work closely with internal teams (growth, design, tech) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns

Monitor fraud, enforce program policies, and maintain partner quality

Run regular performance reports and suggest tactical improvements

Negotiate commercial terms and ensure compliance with budgets and attribution models

Requirements :

1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a D2C / e-commerce setu

Prior experience managing coupon and cashback affiliates (e.g., GrabOn, CashKaro, CouponDunia, etc.)

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Solid understanding of tracking technologies, attribution logic, and affiliate platforms (e.g., Admitad, Impact, Partnerize, etc.)

Ability to work independently, drive outcomes, and scale the channel.
