Healthcare Lead

Role : Healthcare Payer Solutioning Lead Experience : 15+ years Coforge is seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Solutioning Leader to drive strategic initiatives in the health insurance (payer) segment within our Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) business unit. Drive the design / evolution of AI-led technology and BPaaS solutions for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC. Industry & Technology Trend Monitoring : represent the organization in industry forums, contribute to building a strong vertical brand presence. Customer Engagements : Lead customer meetings / workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, position / co-develop solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in. Define / refine go-to-market strategies and lead marketing efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders. 15+ years of overall industry experience, including : 10+ years in the healthcare domain, specifically in the US health insurance (payer) segment. ~ Proven experience / expertise in : Payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscape ~ Business analysis, solutioning, conceptualizing / driving AI-led techno-functional solutions ~ Preferably, strong track record in presales, GTM execution, and stakeholder management
