Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Tender & Bid Manager to lead our bidding activities across GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement portals, PSU portals, and all government tender platforms. The ideal candidate will manage the full tender lifecycle, strengthen relationships with government clients, and support the company’s growth in the government procurement sector.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete tender lifecycle : search, evaluation, documentation & submission
• Analyze tender documents for eligibility, risks, scope & competition to decide participation
• Handle GeM bidding, catalogue updates, offer creation & compliance
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, price bids & supporting documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs
• Track tenders, deadlines, bid progress & ensure timely submission
• Maintain and grow business from existing government clients
• Build strong relationships with government departments & procurement officers
• Maintain MIS, tender trackers, bid reports & compliance documentation
