VMware Engineer - EXSi / Vsphere

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VMware Engineer to manage, design, and support our virtual infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting VMware environments to ensure performance, availability, and security. This role is critical in supporting our data center and cloud infrastructure initiatives

Interview Process : 2 Virtual Session + 1 F2F (If :

• Install, configure, manage, and maintain VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter).
• Design and deploy virtual machines, clusters, and templates for production and development workloads.
• Perform capacity planning, performance monitoring, and resource optimization.
• Administer VMware features such as vMotion, DRS, HA, vSAN, and NSX.
• Manage patching, updates, and upgrades for ESXi hosts and vCenter servers.
• Implement and manage virtual networking, distributed switches, and storage configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to performance, connectivity, and virtualization platform stability.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices in virtualized environments.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure design, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with storage, network, cloud, and backup teams for infrastructure integration.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Provide on-call support and respond to critical incidents outside of business hours as needed.
