About the Role
We are looking for a best in class full-time Technical Trainer who can take complete ownership of technical learning delivery across engineering cohorts. The trainer will design learning paths, lead structured technical sessions (master classes), drive learning outcomes, foster diligence, and ensure every learner progresses with clarity, rigor, and consistency.
This role is central to our learning-by-doing engine and works closely with Trumio mentors, while the trainer is the primary technical SME and lead instructor .
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Training
Design and deliver high-quality training sessions across one or more technical areas :
Python, Java, .NET, Full Stack Fundamentals
Backend development and technologies
APIs, Databases, Deployment fundamentals
Frontend basics (React / JS, Angular, etc.) as applicable
Conduct live coding workshops, debugging sessions, and hands-on labs.
Break down complex topics into structured, sequential modules based on Trumui’s innovative program designs.
Calibrate training content for new graduates and / or experienced professionals.
2. Cohort Management
Ensure learners meet daily, weekly, and milestone-based learning expectations.
Drive adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Provide 1-1 assistance to specific trainees as needed.
Hold learners accountable for course completion and assessments.
Manage large batches (up to 50-60 learners across multiple cohorts and mentors).
Conduct learner performance reviews and remediation sessions.
3. Client Requirements Management
Collaborate with Trumio mentors to jointly develop learning pathways and assessments aligned to client requirements.
Present learner performance and progress reports to client L&D teams.
Adjust and tune course content and instruction methods to meet client goals.
Utilize and provide data feedback to continuously improve Trumio’s AI assistant.
4. Assessments & Evaluation
Design and deliver various assessment formats : coding tests, MCQs, quizzes, structured interviews, project evaluations.
Score learners aligned to Trumio’s competency model across technical and behavioral attributes.
Provide clear, actionable feedback to learners for actionable improvement.
5. Program & Curriculum Collaboration
Work with curriculum, design, and engineering teams to refine learning programs
Support the evolution of new program constructs
Align delivery with learner analytics, AI nudging, and

Trainer should be comfortable using or learning :
Git / GitHub (PR workflow)
Coding IDEs
Online Learning platforms
Online Assessment tools
Analytics dashboards and learner-tracking tools
Trumio Copilot & nudging mechanisms
Required Skills & Experience
5–10 years as a technical trainer , instructor, or educator.
Proficiency in one or more core technical areas :
Python, Java, .NET, Full Stack, Backend Engineering
APIs, Databases, Deployment basics
Strong structured teaching capability.
Experience training or teaching batches of 30–100 learners.
Ability to inspire discipline, drive accountability, and ensure outcomes.
Excellent communication and learner management capabilities.
Preferred / Good-to-Have
Prior industry experience as a software engineer before moving to training.
Experience with tech bootcamps, fast-paced training programs, or corporate L&D.
Comfort with hands-on project-based learning formats.
