About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Content Writer who can translate complex financial and insurance concepts into clear, credible, insight-driven content. Someone who understands consumer insurance behaviour, financial literacy gaps, product complexities, regulatory nuances , and can turn raw data into powerful stories.
This role requires an expert who can work closely with product, marketing, and research teams to produce content that is :
accurate, structured, data-backed, compliant, easy to understand, and AI-assisted but humanised.
Key Responsibilities 1. Financial & Insurance Content Creation
- Write long-form and short-form content for insurance products (life, health, general, motor, term, ULIPs, etc.)
- Create research-based blogs, explainers, guides, landing pages, scripts, newsletters, and thought-leadership content.
- Break down complex policy features, claims processes, benefits, exclusions, and regulatory updates into human-friendly content.
2. Data Interpretation & Insight Writing
Analyse datasets, actuarial insights, claim statistics, industry reports, and consumer patterns.Convert raw data into visual figures, structured comparisons, charts, insights, and narratives that support content credibility.Create data-driven storytelling with statistical clarity.3. AI-Assisted Writing + Humanisation
Use AI tools to generate structured drafts, outlines, or research summaries.Learn and follow the organisation’s internal AI-writing workflow.Humanise AI-generated content : polishing tone, injecting clarity, adding emotion, improving accuracy, and aligning with brand voice.Maintain compliance, factual correctness, and ensure content feels expert-led , not AI-written.4. Content Strategy & Structuring
Create SEO-optimised content structures for insurance keywords.Build content templates, guidelines, and predictable narrative flows.Ensure clarity hierarchy : hook → insight → explanation → data → CTA.Maintain consistent formatting across all financial content.5. Compliance & Accuracy
Align all content with IRDAI guidelines, internal compliance checks, and legal requirements.Ensure every claim, benefit, and feature is factually validated.6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with insurance product teams, underwriting, claims, marketing, and analytics.Understand product briefs deeply before writing.Assist in scriptwriting for videos, brochures, emailers, and sales collateral.Required Skills Core Expertise
