Investor Relations Associate : RFP / DDQ Specialist (Private Markets Focus)

Join a leading firm in the private markets sector seeking a skilled and dedicated Investor Relations Associate to support our Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end management of DDQ and RFP responses for institutional investors.
• Drafting, quality control, and finalization of high-stakes proposal documents.
• Day-to-day support for the Investor Relations (IR) team, including Content & platform management.
• Utilizing CRM and other proprietary IR tools to manage data and investor activity.
• Collaborating with your Manager to ensure best practices and quality output.
