Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow technical lead to oversee the
development, customization, and integration of ServiceNow applications. The ideal
candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the
ability to lead a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities :
Platform Management : Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow
platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Custom Application Development : Lead the design, development, and deployment of
custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Integration : Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise
systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers,
ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
Project Management : Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of
projects, meeting all requirements and specifications.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their
needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement
solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field.
Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM and HRSD
Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST / SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
Certifications : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified
Application Developer, or other relevant certifications.
Soft Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
