Job descriptionNon-IT / Professional Healthcare Legal IT US Staffing Experience : A minimum of 6 months of dedicated experience in US staffing or US call center. Communication : Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, essential for interacting with US candidates and stakeholders. Shift Flexibility : Must be comfortable and willing to work in the night shift (7 : 30 PM - 4 : 30 AM IST). Sourcing Expertise : Proven skills in headhunting , high-quality candidate sourcing, and effectively building rapport with candidates. Process Management : Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Database Management.
