Job descriptionConduct field visits to customers for overdue payment follow-up Deliver notices, collect documents, and support on-ground recovery activities Coordinate with team leaders on field routes and visit plans Manage sensitive cases professionally and escalate when needed Ensure timely visit reports and portfolio updates 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or field collections Good communication & negotiation skills Basic understanding of loans / overdues (training will be provided) For Field Executives : Must be comfortable with field travel Ability to handle customers politely and professionally DRA Certification is mandatory Experience in banking, NBFC, microfinance, or fintech collections Ability to communicate in Kannada / Hindi / English Basic smartphone & documentation handling skills
