INTERMEDIATE ACCOUNTANT

Location : Pune (India)

Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Work arrangement : Onsite

Experience Required : Minimum 3 years in an Australian accounting firm

ABOUT THIS ROLE . . .

We are seeking an Intermediate Accountant with strong Australian public practice experience. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond graduate / junior responsibilities and is confident handling end-to-end compliance for a range of clients

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Prepare financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships

Perform reconciliations and prepare workpapers - Liaise with senior accountants / managers to finalise jobs

Support juniors and review simple tasks when needed - Use Xero, MYOB, or other Australian accounting software

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

3-4+ years' Australian public practice accounting experience

Solid understanding of Australian tax rules and compliance standards

Competence in managing jobs with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
