Business Development & Client Acquisition :
- Identify and target new business opportunities in University Vertical.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients .
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to secure long-term partnerships.
Sales & Revenue Growth :
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Create and execute tailored sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.Collaborate with internal teams to propose staffing solutions that meet clients hiring needs.Negotiate terms and contracts to secure staffing engagements.Client Relationship Management :Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and offering effective solutions.Monitor client satisfaction and work to resolve issues proactively..Experience :
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Education Industry.Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.Skills :
