Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll activities for our staffing employees deployed across various client locations. The role involves ensuring accurate salary processing, compliance with statutory requirements, timely payments, and coordination with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process monthly payroll for on-roll and contractual staff within defined timelines.
• Verify attendance, timesheets, overtime, leaves, and incentives before processing.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in the system.
• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other applicable laws.
• Prepare salary statements, pay slips, and payroll reports.
• Resolve payroll-related queries from employees and clients.
• Coordinate with HR, accounts, and client teams for data collection and issue resolution.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of payroll data.
• Handle full & final settlement for exiting employees.
• Assist in audits and compliance reviews as required.
