Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, managing accounts, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves understanding customer needs, pitching products and services effectively, and contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Analytical and research skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities for managing multiple accounts and tasks.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamically changing situations.
- Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
