Position Summary :
We are looking for a proactive Restaurant Manager to oversee restaurant operations, maintain service excellence, and ensure high guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily restaurant operations and service flow.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate restaurant staff.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure high service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
