Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a JIRA Administrator. The JIRA Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the JIRA platform, performing administrative tasks, creating and managing custom workflows and boards, and ensuring the platform is optimized for team productivity. The role includes configuring and troubleshooting JIRA projects, managing user roles and permissions, integrating JIRA with other tools, and generating custom reports to support business operations. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide JIRA support and training as required while ensuring best practices in project management and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in JIRA administration, including creating and managing workflows, permissions, custom issue types, and board configurations.
• Experience with JIRA integration and troubleshooting, including APIs and external tool connectivity.
• Strong skills in project management, business processes, and facilitating collaboration across diverse teams.
• Ability to generate detailed and consistent custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and their implementation through JIRA platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges related to JIRA systems.
• Experience with Confluence integration is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to work effectively in a remote environment.
