Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Incharge to oversee travel projects corporate / group bookings and end-to-end travel operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the travel industry excellent client handling skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and coordinate end-to-end travel projects (leisure corporate group or MICE).

Liaise with vendors suppliers and internal teams for seamless execution.

Handle client communication requirements gathering itinerary planning and execution.

Ensure timely booking of flights hotels visas and local transportation.

Supervise travel documentation payment follow-ups and project reports.

Monitor travel budgets and cost control for assigned projects.

Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve client concerns on-ground or remotely.

Ensure quality service delivery aligned with client expectations.

Maintain post-travel feedback records and drive improvements.

Requirements :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Travel Hospitality or Business Management.

3-5 years of relevant experience in travel operations or project handling.

Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations travel logistics and supplier networks.

Experience managing B2B / B2C clients or corporate travel accounts preferred.

Willingness to travel if required (domestic / international).
