KuKa Circle (kids & parents) ,
B2B (corporates) ,
B2I (institutions & colleges)
and neighbourhood venues.
We’re looking for a
Sales Specialist — someone who loves people, conversations, and building relationships.
You’ll be the friendly voice that fills our events, converts leads, supports parents, nurtures communities, and opens doors with corporates and schools. You won’t need to be on-ground, but you’ll be the person who makes every event come alive.
This role is Pune-based, with in-person team catch-ups 1–2 times a week.
What you’ll do
Convert leads across B2C, KuKa Circle, B2B & B2I segments
Run pre-event sales cycles (calls, WhatsApp, follow-ups)
Manage CRM, update lead status, track conversions
Speak to parents, HR teams, schools & institutions
Share proposals, coordinate discovery calls
Support event-day communication & attendee check-ins
Drive post-event nurturing, feedback & upsell
Keep repeat communities active — craft lovers, walkers, parents, HR teams
You’ll thrive if you

Are organised, consistent & reliable with targets
Enjoy working with culture, creativity & community
Have experience in sales / telecalling (bonus, not mandatory)
Have good internet + a quiet space
Compensation
₹10,000–₹15,000 / month (experience-based and negotiable) + performance bonuses for B2C, KuKa Circle, B2B & B2I conversions.
