Role & responsibilities
1. Team Management :
Lead, Monitor and Motivate a team of sales closer to achiev and exceed sales targets.
Monitor daily, Weekly and monthly performance metrics.
Provide regular feedback, training and coachin sessions.
2. Sales Execution :
Actively Support the team in deal closure
Analyse sales pitches, suggest improvements and implement best practices.
Maintain a personal sales pipeline and close key opportunities as needed.
3. Process & Strategy :
Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM updates and quality standards.
Collaborate with marketing & lead generation team to ensure high quality lead flow.
Provide insights to leadership on market trends, Customer behaviour and competitor activity.
4. Reporting :
Generate and analyse performance reports.
Present progress and insights to senior management regularly.
Bachelors degree in business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)
