We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and driving sales through effective communication and customer engagement. This role is perfect for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries promptly.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the products and services offered.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve sales processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages).
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for sales.

    Diploma, 12th Class (XII), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A)
