Technical Specialist

You have :

Bachelor / Masters degree in Electronic / Computer Science / Engineering with 10+ years in software development with 2–3 years in a Tech Lead / Senior role

Hands-on experience with distributed systems and large-scale applications

Experience in building NMS / EMS or OSS applications and exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB

It would be nice if you also had :

Advanced programming expertise in Python, Go, or Java with system design experience

Familiarity with cloud-native stacks like Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh

Knowledge of messaging / streaming technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ
