Associate Marketing Consultant - Influencer / Sourcings at El Sol Strategic Consultants (ESSC)

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand ESSC’s Core Values, Vision, and Goals.
• Foster an understanding of your role’s importance in the growth of the company.
• Keep your peers motivated and maintain high morale to encourage a friendly and open environment.
• Follow ESSC protocols with respect to processes- briefing documents, daily updates, agenda’s etc.
• Ensure adherence to ESSC’s policies and good practices.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple social platforms.
• Research and shortlist influencers that align with brand goals and campaign needs.
• Liaise with influencers or their managers to organize deliverables, schedules, and approvals.
• Monitor campaign metrics and compile post-campaign performance reports.
• Keep up with the latest trends, emerging platforms, and creative approaches within influencer marketing.
• Work closely with content creators, designers, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with overall brand strategy.
