Job descriptionDepartment : IT Infrastructure - Network Job Type : Full-Time Shift : Rotational Day / Night (Supporting US Clients; employees will rotate weekly between day and night shifts, not permanently assigned to night shift)
Voice Infrastructure
- Administer and maintain Avaya IP Office / Aura / CM / Session Manager platforms .
- Configure and troubleshoot DID numbers, SIP trunks, call routing, voicemail, hunt groups, and user profiles.
- Coordinate with telecom vendors for provisioning and activation.
- Monitor voice quality and resolve call-related issues.
- Configure and manage Layer 2 / 3 switches and routers ( Cisco Catalyst )
- Implement and troubleshoot VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, OSPF, BGP, and static routing.
- Perform network performance monitoring and diagnostics.
- Support network segmentation and access control policies.
- Administer FortiGate firewalls including policy creation, NAT, VPN (IPSec / SSL), and web filtering.
- Monitor and optimize deep inspection, certificate deployment, and threat protection.
- Assist in managing FortiClient EMS.
- Perform regular firewall audits and rule reviews.
