Financial Planning And Analysis Manager

we are seeking an FP&A specialist to join our Accounting team for corporate and G&A Dept. The G&A (General & Administrative) department is responsible for overseeing the essential administrative functions that support a company's operations. It typically includes areas such as finance, human resources, legal, IT, and facilities management . The department ensures smooth business processes, compliance with regulations, and efficient resource allocation.

What you’ll do

Regularly conducting thorough budget vs actual comparisons on a monthly basis

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Validating PO and PO approval for G&A Dept.

Partner with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.

Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for senior management.

Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses.

Preparing prepaid entry and amortization schedule.

Validating all accounting related journal postings & accruals, including prepaid and reclasses

Requirements :

3+ years of relevant accounting experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.

Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools. Tableau / Alteryx will be added advantage

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
