Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling at Nap Chief. This is a strategic and hands-on role—ideal for someone who can elevate brand identity, mentor junior creatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to create campaigns that are both visually iconic and commercially effective.

You'll work closely with the founders, marketing, and product teams to keep our brand distinct, cohesive, and ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Own

✅ Lead design direction across digital, print, packaging, and campaign visuals

✅ Collaborate with marketing to conceptualize high-impact product launches, seasonal campaigns, and digital storytelling

✅ Design for social media, website, digital ads, emailers, print materials, and in-store experiences

✅ Ensure brand consistency by refining visual systems, templates, and guidelines

✅ Oversee lookbooks, packaging systems, branded merch, postcards, and event kits

✅ Guide and mentor junior designers; review work to maintain quality and alignment

✅ Stay on top of design trends, competitor moves, and D2C aesthetics to keep our brand fresh and forward-thinking

What You Bring

✨ 4–6 years of design experience with a strong portfolio in lifestyle, fashion, or D2C brands

✨ Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and other key tools

✨ Strong conceptual thinking—from blank page to big idea, and seamless execution

✨ Brand-first mindset : understand design as storytelling and positioning

✨ Mentor spirit : enjoy guiding junior creatives and giving constructive feedback

✨ Eye for detail : typography, colour, balance, layout—you notice the nuances

✨ Time management : handle multiple projects and tight deadlines with ease
