transparent, accessible, and easy to navigate —especially for the general public in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. As we move into our

scaling stage , we are looking for a

Digital Marketing Specialist

who can drive awareness, installs, and growth of our app across

all major social media platforms . What You’ll Be Doing :

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns

on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads to increase app downloads.

Manage and scale

user acquisition campaigns

targeting nearby cities around Varanasi.

Design and test creatives, messaging, and audience segments to maximize ROI.

Collaborate with the content and design team to produce engaging ad creatives (videos, graphics, copy).

Track key performance metrics (CPI, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and deliver actionable insights.

Stay up to date with digital trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Use tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, and analytics platforms (Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.).

Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently to hit growth targets. ✅ What We’re Looking For :

2+ years of hands-on experience running

paid ads for apps or digital products.

Proven experience in

Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.

Strong understanding of

audience targeting, retargeting, and ad optimization.

Experience working with tools like

Firebase, Appsflyer , or other attribution platforms (preferred).

Self-starter who can work independently and is results-driven.

Based in or familiar with

Uttar Pradesh / Varanasi region

a plus, but not mandatory).

Passionate about
