Senior Product Designer - Figma / Sketch

Description : About The Role :

As a Senior Product UI / UX Designer at Socure, youll play a big part in our design team, helping shape how our innovative identity fraud prevention tools look and feel.

Youll report straight to the Director of Product Design and work closely with people from different teams to come up with, design, and improve on product experiences that help our customers succeed and support digital change.

This is a fully remote position and you can work from anywhere in India.

What Youll Do :

• Champion User Experience : Advocate for user-centered design by creating simple, innovative, and engaging product experiences.
• Design & Innovate : Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for a range of devices.
• Collaborate : Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align design with enterprise goals.
• Evolve Design Systems : Enhance and maintain scalable design systems and UI frameworks, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Research & Analyze : Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and continuously improve user interfaces.
• Lead & Mentor : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and design excellence.
