Job Title : HR Recruitment Head

Location : Agra, Uttar Pradesh

Experience Required : 5–10 years (Min 2 years team handling experience)

Work Mode : On-site (6 days working)

Department : Human Resources

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring across all departments.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
• Forecast manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Ensure efficient utilization of recruitment tools and databases.
• Monitor hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost-per-hire, etc.) and improve overall performance.
• Supervise a team of recruiters and allocate requirements based on priority.
• Train and upskill the team in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and closing techniques.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and set hiring targets for the team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement within the recruitment function.
