APACS Supply Solutions (APACSS) is a Global Sourcing, Supply Chain, Merchant Exporter, and CDMO organization , operating across 15 Asian countries and serving customers in the USA, Canada, and the EU . We work with a strong ecosystem of ~2000 qualified manufacturers and ~8000 products , supported by a dedicated Supplier Relations Management (SRM) function that qualifies and validates suppliers to safeguard the entire procurement process. It caters to 56 Industries

We are seeking a high-integrity, result-driven Procurement Manager with deep expertise in chemical raw material procurement and global sourcing operations .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement of chemical raw materials for international customers
• Drive sourcing from APACSS’s network of 2000+ qualified manufacturers across 15 Asian countries
• Work closely with the Supplier Relations Management (SRM) team for supplier qualification, validation, and onboarding
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and long-term supply agreements
• Ensure adherence to global quality, regulatory, and compliance standards
• Track global raw material price trends, supply risks, and market movements
• Coordinate with logistics, quality, regulatory, and sales teams for seamless execution
• Optimize procurement cost while maintaining quality, compliance, and reliability
• Maintain strong procurement governance, documentation, and audit readiness
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
