Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Associate - Litigation based in Indore. The Junior Associate will manage tasks such as legal research, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, and assisting with court proceedings at High Court, District Court, Family Court and other courts of law. The role involves training under and assisting with Law Firm's Seasoned Advocates, interacting with clients, attending court room hearings, and maintaining detailed case documentation to support litigation strategies.

Preference - Indore based fresh law graduates

Qualifications -

• Strong Legal Intellect and ready to deep dive in the field of law
• Punctual and Disciplined
• Prior experience of working at a Lawyer's office
• Exposure of court systems, including High Courts, District Courts, and other forums
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Good in research and drafting. (We may see your prior projects)
• Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to ethics
• Bar Council registration mandatory
