Job descriptionLead & support project planning, timelines, and delivery across multiple portals. Manage global teams across US, UK, EU, and APAC time zones Translate business and clinical requirements into structured workflows and engineering tasks Run standups, sprint planning, and velocity tracking with accountability Surface risks early, propose timeline adjustments, and enforce execution discipline Produce daily visual updates reflecting portal status, feature progress, blockers, and projected timelines Align developers, QA, designers, and external partners with clear expectations Maintain documentation, reporting, and leadership summaries Optimize dev velocity by removing blockers and tightening cross-team coordination Proven success managing complex software projects in fast-moving environments Strong ability to coordinate teams across multiple time zones Skilled in timeline ownership, forecasting, and capacity planning Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Github, etc.) Ability to create clean visual dashboards and status reports Excellent communication, escalation, and stakeholder-management skills Data-driven mindset with a focus on velocity, quality, and delivery predictability Daily visibility across all 6 portals & their status No timeline drift due to early risk detection Faster developer throughput Clear communication between global teams Leadership consistently informed without needing to chase updates Step 1 : Click On Apply!
