This isn't just another recruitment role. You'll be the go-to hiring expert for our North America operations , working closely with leadership and managers to build high-performing teams that directly impact children's futures.

Duties and responsibilities :

• Own the talent pipeline : Identify present and future hiring needs in partnership with department heads.
• Be a storyteller : Craft compelling job descriptions and campaigns that stand out and attract A+ talent.
• Find hidden gems : Hunt for top talent using job boards, social media, networks, and creative sourcing hacks.
• Be the candidate's guide : Run engaging screenings and interviews, keeping candidates informed and excited throughout the process.
• Quality over quantity : Evaluate skills, experience, and culture-fit to ensure hires stick and succeed.
• Drive onboarding excellence : Oversee new-hire documentation and smooth transitions into the org.
• Stay sharp : Keep up with North American employment legislation and ensure full compliance.
• Be data-driven : Share regular insights and dashboards with leadership to fine-tune hiring strategies.
• Create impact : Contribute to HR process docs, policies, and reports to strengthen our people systems.
• Hit targets, smash goals : Consistently meet outreach and candidate engagement KPIs.
