What We're Looking For We're looking for a proactive Associate HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist who can drive our recruitment efforts while supporting core HR functions. You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple hiring pipelines, and knows how to identify top talent quickly. If you're detail-oriented, people-focused, and can handle the full recruitment cycle while managing HR operations, we want to hear from you.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition and HR operations, ideally in a BPO or tech startup environment
• Proven track record of successfully filling multiple roles simultaneously across different departments
• Strong phone and written communication skills : professional, persuasive, and able to engage candidates effectively
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Proficient in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS platforms
• Familiar with job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc
• Understanding of HR compliance, employment laws, and best practices for maintaining confidential employee information
• Experience with remote / offshore hiring and onboarding processes is a plus
