Job descriptionSQL & Data Analysis : Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing structured data across complex relational schemas. Data Mapping & Transformation : Experience in mapping source systems to target data structures. Process Documentation & Business Analysis : Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications. Agile Documentation : Experience with User Stories, Process Flows, EPICs, and Use Cases. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and integrity. Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams.
Role Summary :
We are seeking experienced Business Analysts / Data Analysts to support data migration and quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise in SQL, and experience in business process documentation.
Domain Skills :
- Proven experience in Data Migration and Data Quality projects.
- Understanding of Data Survivor Rules and Data Harmonization challenges.
