- Understanding of Performance Management Systems to track, analyze, and improve employee performance (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in Talent Acquisition to effectively source and recruit candidates who align with company values and goals.
- Ability to develop and implement Employee Engagement Strategies that enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
- Knowledge of Payroll Processing ensures timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
- Familiarity with Compliance with Labor Laws to maintain adherence to all relevant regulations and policies.
- Strong Conflict Resolution skills to mediate disputes and mitigate employee concerns constructively.
Roles and Responsibilities
