Location- Mumbai

Experience – Fresher to 1 year

Responsibilities :

• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions on the social handles, LinkedIn and Naukri, hires.
• Documentation for the shortlisted candidates, verifying and conducting reference checks before onboarding the candidate
• Planning entire Employee orientation for new joinee’s (including email creation, laptop / desktop arrangements, welcome mailer’s etc.)
• Coordinating with the internal manager’s for new joinee’s training plan before the employee joinee’s (a week prior preferably)
• Releasing official documents to new joinee's employees
• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
