Senior Executive Finance and Accounts

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior - Finance & Accounts to join our fast-growing start-up. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in statutory compliances, and the ability to support financial operations in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Handle monthly / quarterly / annual book closing and prepare financial statements along with timely MIS
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Prepare and process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other disbursements in a timely manner.
• Support audits, tax filings, and liaise with external auditors / consultants as required.
• Manage accounts payable / receivable and ensure accurate records of transactions.
• Maintain documentation and compliance for cross-border payments and international vendor transactions.
• Monitor cash flows and coordinate with banks and financial institutions.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, taxation, and compliance regulations relevant to the business.
