Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic manager to lead the growth and expansion of our store excellence BU. This role will play a critical part in driving key strategic initiatives and leveraging technology to enhance operational performance and efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including Amazon, to ensure strategic objectives are met and operational excellence is achieved.

Principal Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of the business unit.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, tech and finance teams to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions and execution of business goals that enhance profitability
• To create a detailed analysis outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a priority area the team has identified.
• Help create relevant data dashboards and provide inputs for appropriate actions and business decisions. Identify variance and outliers against the agreed metrics.
• Suggest ways to handle the data outliers and tracking with larger teams to drive process improvements.
• Progressively also study the raw data and devise modeling techniques to analyze this information and investigate the impact of different solutions.
