Sales Plan Execution : Developing and executing sales plans for the channel, setting targets, and tracking progress.
Channel Partner Management :
- Recruiting and Onboarding : Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Relationship Building : Fostering strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
- Performance Management : Monitoring and evaluating channel partner performance, providing guidance and support to improve results.
- Conflict Resolution : Addressing and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise between the company and its channel partners.
