Job We are hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Assistant Area Sales Manager(AASM) Sales for Vadodara.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline.
• You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share.
• Your collaborative nature will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing To Achieve / Monitor the Sales Target monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Key Account / Customer Development.
• Distributors Network Development.
• Sub-Dealers Network Development.
• Monitoring Competitor Activity.
• Motivate the Dealers and their sales team to generate the maximum business.
• Coordination Between Handle the customer & distributors complaints.
• The main responsibility is Secondary sales generation and converting into Primary sales.
• Promotional Activity of Products through Seminars and Road Shows in the BSc. Bachelors / Master in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
• Previous experience in technical sales.
• Previous Life Science industry experience.

Experience : 2-5 years in the same field of Life Science / Biotechnology.
